🖼️For those that love #Art — Independent Miami art fair Untitled Art has been acquired by South Florida Ventures, a luxury lifestyle brand portfolio
Team: Founder Jeffrey Lawson and his team will remain in charge👏🏽👏🏽
Benefits: Untitled Art gains access to resources, potentially expanding the platform, testing new markets, and enhancing programming
Expansion: Despite a previous San Francisco fair, no concrete plans for other cities exist
South Florida Ventures: Led by Ken McAvoy the portfolio includes several other #Florida art fairs; Ken is also Executive VP Corporate Development at Informa Markets
Upcoming: The 13th esdition of #Untitled will run (concurrent with Art Basel Miami) from December 4–8 with a VIP preview on Dec 3, 2024. Guest curators will join and the Nest section for emerging spaces will expand.
Trend📈 This follows other independent fair acquisitions like The Armory Show and EXPO CHICAGO by Frieze
